Returns Eligibility:

Returns are eligible for full priced items purchased within the last 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible reasons for return include a change of mind or size.

Sale items are only available for exchange or store credit, not a refund.
Faulty Items:

If you receive a garment that is faulty or if it incurs any faults after wearing, please contact us immediately for assistance.

We are committed to prolonging the life of every piece, and we will work with you to either repair, repurpose, or refund your order.
Timeframe for Faulty Items:
- Garments considered faulty and lodged for a return must be sent back within 1 month of receiving the piece to be eligible for a refund.
Return Authorisation (RA):
- Returns will not be accepted without an approved Return Authorisation (RA). Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain an RA.
Return Procedure:

To return an item, you must first contact us for approval and obtain an RA.

Shipping returns back to us is at the expense of the customer.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return, has no signs of wear and includes the RA on the package
Repair Advice:

There is no duration limit on seeking advice for repairing your purchased items.

We are always an email away to provide suggestions and guidance on repairing your pieces to prolong their life for as long as possible.
